How long will it take to get my server online?
We keep a good quantity of servers in stock, which means we'll have your server online within 5 working days of receiving your order, keeping you informed every step of the way.

What do I do if I have a problem?

Can you notify me if there is a problem with the server?
Yes, we offer an enhanced server monitoring solution that allows you to be notified via SMS should your server fail. You simply choose between Single Service Monitoring or Multiple Service Monitoring.
